How do I loosen it?
Pull the dial up and all the tension lets go. To tighten again, press the dial back in and turn it.
Which size do I need?
Measure around your thigh, 7 inches above the top of your kneecap, and match it to the size chart on the product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one: the dial takes up the slack.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes. When you sit for a long time, pull the dial up to release it, then press in and add a click or two for a lighter fit. Snug it again when you get moving. Take it off at night.
How many braces do I get?
